Value Auto Sales offers extended warranties on all our used cars
and trucks as a "next level" safety net for our customers.
We offer extended warranties that are reasonably priced and from
professional warranty companies. The warranty company is an extension
of True Value Auto Sales services, so it is important to us that
the warranty company meets our customer expectations and they
are ready to go the "extra mile".
We
know from experience that warranty companies can and will lose
your business, so we establish a healthy relationship with our
warranty company. We take care of all service not related to warranty
work and make warranty claims only when appropriate. This keeps
our "Claims Ratio" at a minimum keeping the customer,
and the warranty company happy. Many dealerships have a high claims
ratio, making it difficult for the customer to obtain warranty
work when required. We think it is important to let our customers
know about claims ratios and warranty companies. We also believe
the customer should contact the warranty company and inquire about
the dealerships claims ratio. Our claims ratio at True Value Auto
sales is quite low.
A
good warranty company is one that honours their agreement with
the customer without hassle. They may only become difficult to
deal with when it appears they are being abused by the automobile
dealership.
At
True Value our philosophy of "if there is a problem with
the vehicle, we fix it before you buy it", lowers our claims
ratio, provides our customers with confidence in our products
and offers our customers a "true Value" experience.
Our
warranty company, "Coast To Coast - Advantage Plus"
is an excellent company. We find them to be professional and they
offer superior service. They treat our customers with respect
and they get the required warranty work done in a hurry. They
don't tell you where you have to get the repairs done.
They
offer excellent pricing on one, two and three year warranties
with a host of options you can add to your warranty at low cost.
The decision whether to purchase an extended warranty and what
type of extended warranty to purchase from True Value depends
on the individual customer. We try to provide the customer with
a warranty education.
